Terms & Conditions 2024

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that guests have their own comprehensive travel insurance with at least cover for Medical, Repatriation and Cancellation included. The policy number, Insurance Provider, and emergency contact information, to be provided before the commencement of the journey.

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
• Balance payable in full 46 days prior to arrival.
• Guests are required to complete a registration form on arrival.
• Room / Tent check in is 11:00 AM on day of arrival and check out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

In the event of cancellation:

• Between 45-31 days 50% of the full payment will be forfeited and 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of currency exchange rate fluctuation, increases in costs or taxes that are beyond our control.

Liability:

All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Bush and Beyond Ltd. acts only as the reservations office for Collection in the Wild and assumes no liability whatsoever for any reason, including, but not limited to: injuries, damages, loss, accidents or delay to person or property.

To make a provisional booking:

Please send an email to bookings@collectioninthewild.com. Your booking will be held provisionally for 14 days. The expiry date of the booking will be noted on the reservation summary that you are sent. You are required to confirm the booking prior to the expiry date otherwise it will automatically expire. If you require more time to confirm your booking, the expiry date may be extended once (on request).

To confirm a booking:

A booking shall only be confirmed upon receipt of the 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Proof of Comprehensive Travel Insurance is required. Please ensure that the booking voucher contains the following information:

• Date, time and method of guests arrival and departure
• Number of people in the group and rooming requirements
• Names of ALL guests in the group and ages (especially of children)
• Any special dietary requirements or other special requests
• Advise if there are any mobility challenges (some rooms are better suited than others for guests with limited mobility)

1. Introduction

This site is owned and operated by Collection in the Wild. For purposes of the policy, references to “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Collection in the Wild.

This Site provides a wide range of information to our Site’s visitors. 6. Newsletter subscribers

Should you subscribe to our newsletter, either directly through the website or by opting to receive emails when making a reservation, you will receive up to a maximum of one newsletter per week. This will include promotional emails about new services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. You can unsubscribe from this list by clicking on the clearly marked ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any newsletter or by emailing us directly.

7. Opting out

We do not seek to collect personally identifiable information from you that you do not want collected. Toward that end, we indicate at all active information collection points whether requested information is required or optional. We also attempt to tell you at the point of collection and in this policy what the consequences will be (e.g., inability to access important functions of the site, less tailoring of information to match your interests, etc.) if you do not provide the required or optional information.
